"Red" Then came "Red". "Red" was abandoned by his owners a the Humane Society. We kept "Red" in isolation for 30 days searching the lost ads in the Lufkin Daily News and in the Peddler. Of course, we knew that "Red" wasn't lost, he just wasn't wanted. "Red" is just a terrier mix. His personality was over looked by so many that came to the Humane Society. This is often happens to the many mixed breed pets we have, no one looks deeper into the pets may desirable traits. And little "Red" has so many of those desirable traits. His card read: I am housebroken, good with children and I like cats! What more could a family ask for in a dog? Joe and Sue Baker adopted our little "Red". He has made a wonderful addition to their famly. |
